Rosey did you ever try ebay? I'm doing rather well but today I"ve designated it as "got to make more cards day". :lol: I got some baby bottle and rattle stamps clearanced at walmart and some stickers that are cute. They are heart shaped with water and sequences or something in them. What did you think of idol? I think JPL is so cute but he was the right choice this week. Next week should be the red head and should have been weeks ago and then Jasmine and Diana. They are too young to fit in and I totally agreed with simon. BTW the last time I ordered from darcies, they were way late sending them to me too and I missed the Holiday I was shooting for and will have to use the stamps later too. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of fees does Curves have? I know it probably varies at each location.

Daphne I went in our dollar tree and all they had scrapbook related was some stickers and that was it. No cut-outs here. Have you already suffered through spring break? When is the last day for your school? Ours gets out the monday before Memorial Day. We had such a good time camping and i"m ready to go again but our only chances are every other weekend with the way DH works. We can camp some 3 day weekends once school is out for the summer.

Summer how do you know you gained 5 pounds from over-eating? you're exercising and making some little muscles every where you know?? So you go 5 days a week? That is awesome. I am really proud of you too and I just know you guys will lose a good deal by Jim's july deadline. Don't know about you but I missed my nascar cup race last week. I didn't know they had a Busch race until I saw it on the news that night. I thought they all had easter weekend off but I was at the campground and don't know if I really would have watched it or not.

Donna so glad you're home. What kind of weather did yall have in Mississippi? When do you plan on visiting again? You will like this weekends weather. Has your dad opened his pool? We haven't set ours up yet but maybe I can this next week. If it has a hole in it then we will have to buy another one. I really enjoy it to cool off in. Its more like an over grown hot tub in size but with cool water than it is a pool. DH got burned really bad yesterday while cutting 3 yards of grass with a tank top on. I know it's that time of year anyway and I would love a little bit of "safe sun" on my white body.

Kris when will your school be over for a while? When do you graduate? Are you and your DH still seeing each other on a limited schedule? I hope that things turn out well for you and that those headaches stop for you. It may be related to your stress or even your birth control. I suffered terribly for 7 years with headaches only to be told that it was my birth control. Of course they told me that was the reason for my 100 pound weight gain as well and I've been off of those kind for a year to no avail.

Well I need to post this before I lose it and get something accomplished today. DH is working these next 3 days and I have the kids all weekend to myself which isn't always a good thing.

Hi everyone..sorry i have not been able to post..i was in the proces of fixing the puter and it took them longer than what they thought..i never relaized how addicted i am to this thing :lol: but am so glad to have it back..i tried to catch up on all your news..first summer you use 2 containers of yougart..4 oz or 6 oz doesnt matter as long as its light and fat free..am glad you are exercising too..altho advil has become a good friend :lol: ..dana i paid about 75$ to join curves for a yr and pay 39$ a month..now that i have my puter upgraded i can learn how to sell on e-bay..dont ask me what they did as i dont understand it all..but it seems to work fine now..kris when are you finished with school and are you missing your dh.. that must be hard on you guys to not be able to live together right now..altho my problems just the opposite i have to much togetherness :lol: donna hows the arm feeling ??mr ken.. did you weigh in today and did you loose??daphnee whats up in your neck of the woods? ..will check in later and (((((hugs))))) for all rosey :wave:

Hello Everyone.. I am sorry that I havent posted in awhile...Its been non stop here...and my pooter was being bad again..Its another beautiful day here..Sunny and warm..Yesterday it reach over 80 degrees..WOW..It was hot..We were gonna clean the patio then decided not to...That will now happen next weekend if the weather will permit...So we did some errands and I fixed dinner and we were just a couple of lazy bones..
Today I am doing laundry and house cleaning..Tonight its gym time...I miss it..Is that crazy or what??? :lol: I almost went Sunday..but no classes then.. Its the water classes I really like it.. It does make my knees feel better..
I checked on a new tanning place yesterday and I am thinking I may go the first of May for a month to get a base tan..Not sure yet, but hope to..
I want to find some new plants to plant in the flower garden this year..
Its that time of year..Everyones garden is starting to bloom and its so pretty around here...we sorta negleted ours last year while Jim was off with chemo..so this year we are gonna make up for that..Jim likes to plant things so I am trying to pick some things out..Hope to have my garden back soon..


Dana... Sounds like you are a very busy lady...I hope that the school and the nurse gets Brett's sugar schudule right. Thats so important...I cant understand why they are following the plan.. Unreal...I am sorry to hear about your DH legs.. I hope that he can get to the bottom of it real soon and get some help....Its scarey not knowing whats wrong. I can look at food Dana and gain 5 pounds :rofl:..really we ate the wrong things last weekend but not this weekend..we stayed on our diet this weekend.. It was hard but we did it..Its getting to be grilling weather and we eat less in the summer too..so I am hopeful we will get there. You and Jim were surprised about the racing last weekend. He thought there was No racing on too due to Easter..He found out different..

Hi guys. I'm trying to get all of the work done around here. It gets too hot in the afternoon and I have clothes to finish trying and dishes, floors etc. and then the kids will be home in about 3 hours. I'm not getting anywhere with the check that i mailed off and someone intercepted it. The banks are all denying any help. The last email I got from the bank that allowed it to be deposited told me to contact my Check Fraud at my bank and they can contact them to resolve it and find out who deposited it. So I will run in and do that tomorrow. I don't have time to try that today.

Dh's legs didn't hurt yesterday but he had called sat. from work and one of his arms was numb. it was bad enough that he dropped a bowl of cereal that night. it felt find and then he lost the feeling in it at once. It has to be a pinched nerve in my opinion. He's at work today and I told him he still needs to call tomorrow and make app't to be seen in case it's something serious or something that will come back. I haven't heard anymore on logan's case and still have the nascar stuff. :lol: No summer, Dale Jr. didn't win but did come in 3rd. Rusty actually won his first race in 3 years. :cp: I like to see some of the oldies win every once in a while but Jr. has regained points lead.

Rosey I hope you won big lastnight and Glen congrats. on a loss.

I had a nice visit with my sil and her husband and son on their way back home to New Jersey. Yes, the weather is nice although talk about another draught doesn't make me too happy. :(
They are starting building my Dad's new house today and my sister and I have been over at his house trying to start sorting through his things of what to keep and what to throw away or sell or give away. What a job!
Arm is not quiet right but does seem to be getting better. The pain is not as intense which is good by strength wise I may need help with building those muscles up again. :strong:
Sorry I am not directly speaking to you all but wanted you all to know that I'm still here, just not very active in conversation for I am going through a down time where my self control in the eating department is concerned. It's amazing how easily we can fall back into bad habits.

The past month has been absolutely crazy! I have a final Thursday and then one on 5/3 (Can you believe that May is almost here??!!??) :eek:

These classes are the two hardest in the entire program, and I, like and idiot, scheduled them both for the same semester! I am hoping to graduate in December with a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration. I have 2 classes and an internship this summer and then 2 classes in the fall. Then I will be done. NO MORE SCHOOL!!!!I may be switching jobs, so that has been brewing. I have been looking at the pros and cons of the switch. Part of me really is ready for a change, but the other part likes the way my life is now. The job switch would take place in my office and it would mean more travelling. We shall see what happens there. Meanwhile, a job I would LOVE to have has opened up in another department. I am going to apply for it. We'll cross our fingers :crossed: and see what the Good Lord has in store.

DH is still working in the Mobile area-3 and a half hours away. They have asked him to come back, so atleast we know we have a "sure thing" down there. A couple teaching jobs have opened up up here. He has called and activated his application for those. I hope he gets one of those. It would be so nice to have him back up here.

Can you believe the price of gas? It has taken a serious chunk out of our budget! DH fills up 4 times a week and drives about 1200 miles a week.

On the travel front, I am leaving for Indiana on May 5. I'll be back on May 9. We are going to the beach the next weekend, at Destin. We are going to Disney World for Memorial Day weekend. We are leaving for England on the 14th of June. We will spend a couple of days in Rome and a day in Dublin while we are there. I would get excited, but those darn finals are just in the way.

On the WL front...Things are stagnant. I am getting back in the groove, though. I am counting pts. and will start back with the pilates. DH and I are going to start trying to have a baby in August or Sept., so I need to get busy!

Hello Everyone...I am so glad to be here.. My Pooter has been down for 2 days..My DSL Server has been out.. The story goes that a tractor-tralier hit a cable line in a McDonalds parking lot about 15 miles from me and tore down a long line of cable wire and put over 20,000 customers out of service and of course I was among them...But thank goodness I am back on..Been real busy as usual and going to the gym..It was really hot here today and I tried to get the patio done but The water was off for couple hours.They are checking the boilers here before they turn on the air conditioners...so I am hoping for good weather this weekend so I can really wash it down and clean al the patio furniture...So tomorrow I have the house to finish cleaning and Thursday I will be gone most of the day..Its hair day...The works...
Cant wait...I will be a new woman...

Donna..I am so glad that you are doing a little better..I am so sorry that you are having trouble with down time.. I know we ALL can relate to that..Its sooooo hard and especially hard when you are recoperating from any heath issue.. I know that you will bounce back soon and please know I am with you and its because of you and all the other wonderful friends in here..I am exercising.. and trying to diet....You have always incouraged me and tried to help me....so here I am trying to give you some back..
