I really like the Flex Points system so far! I sometimes think that I'm posting to myself but it really helps to journal! Without it, I wouldn't be able to stick to my points. I hope that you'll join me here again. Here's how the Flex Points works:
Less than 150 lbs.- 20 points
150-174 lbs. -22 points
175-199 lbs. -24 points
200-224 lbs.- 26 points
225-249 lbs. -28 points
250-274 lbs.- 30 points
You have 35 Flex Points you may use WEEKLY any way you want to use them. You can save them all for the weekend if you choose. If you don't use all the flex points by the week, you lose them!
The activity points count the same way but you have to use them the day you earn them ONLY.
