15 minutes stretching 1 hour walk/jog Meals Berry drink Broccoli, Fried rice, Tofu 2 veggie rolls 1 Girl Scout cookie-Samoa Yes it is that time of year again. I have been good about avoiding the Girl Scout cookies and not buying any. However, when I went to work today, there were two boxes sitting in front of my desk. I did well until one of my co-workers came by and kept waving them in front of me. So I decided to have one and only one. Yes there were cookies there for the rest of the day, but I was able to fight the urge to eat any more. One was all I needed.
