Jaded seems to be my middle name as of late! I am new, just started poking around, but let's give it a go -- I am opinionated and haven't fit in with many groups here.

How much weight are you trying to lose ~ total? 80 or so pounds...But lost almost 30 thus far.

What type program are you doing ~ I started out just eating better. Switching to diet stuff. I eat what I want, within reason. I think about 1600 calories a day. I also work out 4-5 times a week [cardio and weights]

What’s your marital status ~ I am currently in a relationship with another woman. It's been over two years and things right now, as I write this, are rocky.

Any children and grandchildren ~ None...I can't have children. Or so they think...

Tell us about your pets ~ We have a cat named JoJo. She's with me in my avitar

What are your hobbies and interests ~ I like to read. After whining about my partner, KiKi, dragging me to see Harry Potter 2, I started reading the series and now I am hooked! I love the James Patterson series as well and Wally Lamb. I read a lot. I also love to shop and dance [although I have not been in ages -- unless you count in my livign room]

List 2 of your all-time favorite movies ~ Mr. Holland's Opus and Now & Then [but if I could name at least 3 more, they'd be Miss Congeniality, Boys on the Side and Shawshank Redemption]

What type program are you doing ~ My own kinda thing. 1500-2000 calories per day. 5 workouts per week, 3 cardio and 2 weight/strength. A lifetime change, never a diet.
