Here's a WW Chicken recipe that sounds easy & great!!!!!!!!
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 c. ketchup
1 - 12oz can diet cola
Place chicken in a non-stick fry pan. Pour ketchup and diet cola over it. Birng to boil and cover. Reduce heat. Cook 45 min. Uncover and turn up heat and thicken til sauce adheres to chicken.
Snacks: 1 Slice Angelfood cake (2) LOTS OF WATER ALL DAY!!!!

* I bought a bunch of the SmartOnes dinners on sale.I'm ONLY going to eat them when hubby is working on weekends and I don't cook. I'm also taking them to work for lunch. I'll be cooking tomorrow night so I'm planning it tonight!

You WW ladies are doing great. I have discovered something... Even though I am not officially doing WW but am counting calories, it appears I am eating the same types of food as the rest of you. So it seems I am kind of doing WW after all. Just wasn't figuring points only calories.
I have nothing but admiration for all you girls!! You have jumped on the wagon and are helping each other... it is great. WTG and keep up the good work. We are all going to be slim and trim in no time!!!
