Ramona you are doing great too. Fifteen pounds down in the last little while. You must be happy with yourself. You have so much going on in your life right now so that is an acomplishment. The party isn't far away. Your parents must be getting excited. Is Dan going to be there? It would be nice for everyone to see him before he leaves.
Debbie that is a big pool. Ours is 12 x 24. With yours being in a circle it will be so much easier to make whirlies. That is when you get everyone running around the pool so many laps and then you either turn around and go the other way or you cruise with the current.
Carol how are you holding up? How are you mom and sister feeling?
Sherry I love your good friends openning message. Is Wayne any closer to finding a job? How are you coping? I hope that you shared with Wayne your frustrations and stress over the work load. Like I said get them to help out and then you can finish the job later to the way you like it.

Thanks everyone for all the congrats on the weightloss. I had gained back about 25 pounds of what I lost, so I have about 10 more to go.
I will be leaving at noon to decorate the reception hall. The only downer is that it is supposed to storm big time tomorrow. It's really hard getting my mom in and out of the van when it is raining. But, if we have to, we'll form a human chain with umbrellas and get her inside! Be ready for pictures next week!!!

Have I told everyone how proud I am of you all lately??? You all have done so well on your programs. Even though we all have weight and inch ups and downs, the downs are starting to out number the ups!!! Congratulations to everyone!!
Actually this is my "adopted" Grandmother. My two cousins Grandmother, but we grew up around her since birth and we consider her a grandparent and called her Grandma. She passed away at the age of 97, we knew it was coming, just not when. The funeral will be Monday. I'm taking a few days off because of the funeral, plus I just need a break...
I'll post more later to you guys tonight, did you all hear about the flash flood on the Kansas turnpike that swept away some vihicles with people? This is about 3 hours way from me.
I have a colonoscopy scheduled tomorrow at 1:PM. Just clear liquids today--I should lose some poundage today!! At 3:00, I have to start my yucky mixture. I bought Propel water to mix it in instead of the Gatorade they recommended.
Hope everyone has a safe Labor Day! DD and I are going shopping after she helps DH put the air conditioner in the chicken coop.
