Sherry, my dad made his famous homemade banana pudding last night and I had to have some! But, that doesn't mean that all is lost so put down those brownies and let's get back to it! Right now I'm going to get back to my grilled chicken and fresh tomato! hahaha
I would like to lose 15 pounds by labor day. My incentive is my class reunion at the end of September and my parents' 50th anniversary party Aug. 30. There will be many people there I haven't seen in years and I'd like to look my best!

I decided not to say that I will try to lose # of lbs by Labor Day. Instead I am taking the positive route. I will lose 11 pounds by Labor Day. That is a little over 7 weeks away from now. I should be able to reach that goal!!

My goal is to lose 8 pounds by Labor Day. That'll put me under 230!! I ALMOST met the 4th of July challenge of 8 pounds by losing 8.5 (thru June 24), but then the week after, I gained 2.5. So that was only a 6-lb. loss. Since the 1st of July, I've neither gained nor lost!!!! Gotta start journaling and walking (SOOOOO HOT) again!
Cheryl-I really believe that journaling is the key. Why not post your daily menu? It seems to help me. BTW, 6 lbs is fantastic!! Don't cut yourself short. You are doing awesome!
I'm starting WW today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will post my meals EVERY night before bedtime. I'm so excited!!! My food points are: 22-27.........OK....Here I am to start loosing my 15 lb. goal by Labor Day!!!!

When you "bank points", Does this mean that you can have more points the next day? If so, For how long? A week? This confusses me. Thanks!!
Sherry you can bank points for one week. If you do not use them they are lost. You can use a maximum of 10 bank points a day. Activity gives you extra points and not eating your maximum daily points. I like to save some of my extra points for the weekend.
I am going on the 3 day diet and will do ww's the rest of the week. I will be one day on and then one of and so on.....
