Okay I only lost .4 of a lb. but am happy with that little bit. I was stuck at 166.6 for a couple weeks. Hope you gals did better than me. Have a good weekend!
Its been so hot here lately that I have absolutely no appetite. My body will probably go into starvation mode soon. Its been in the 90s all week, unusual for here so we have no air conditioning. I think I am melting!
