Hey all I'm still here trying to get back on track. My exercise has still been lacking. I really need to start on my running before summer fully hits. I hate running in hot weather. I have gotten my diet back under control though. I saw some gain and cut that junk quick. I need to fit into my summer dress. I understand how you feel Meltaway.

Whew did a workout for the first time in a week and it was brutal! Lol. I have exams and papers due and been blaming not working out on those, but **** it's my last semester lol. Yay for graduating and entering the real world!!

Anyways...hope to keep it up even though I slacked last week. The good side to that was...I didn't gain anything back! I definately can maintain fully now I think. Goooaallllll!!!

Congratulations on the degree! I remember trying to take advantage of the free gym my last semester. And kudos to everyone putting in work on their summer bodies. We have a little over 1.5 months. Good luck.

Haven't checked in for a while but I'm still here and still on plan!!! Weight loss is progressing well. I started the C25K running program and plan to run a 5K in June. I completed Week 5 of the program today and ran for 20 MINUTES...the longest I've ever run. I think the 5K is definitely in sight. Hope everyone else is well

Bathing suit season have anyone else perplexed? Given my difficulty nailing down pants and shirts that flatter my in transition body, I can't muster the energy to go bathing suit shopping. Anybody have luck shopping online with just their current measurements?

I'd like to join! I have a long way to go still. Finished my first week of calorie counting and feeling optimistic. I did Zumba 3 times this week and did some walking and house cleaning for extra activity. It actually hasn't been that bad and its kind of fun to see how I can fit in the foods that I want and stay within my calorie count. I don't feel deprived at all!

I think that first week is the roughest. So if you got through it with few problems you are probably on your way to a good success story.
