The last time I posted here(beginning of the summer) I was 175.5... Today I'm 156 so I'm really excited. I'm 2 pounds away from my first mini goal of 154.

Ive been working so hard. How has everyone's summer been? Where did the summer go?

Thanks Beaka! I'm here. It has been a busy summer. I am still working on getting to my first big goal. My reward is a new tattoo and I really want it. I am going to try to make it by Halloween. How is everyone else?

My period arrived yesterday. I wanna workout anyway but its a challenge because I don't feel too well because of it today.

Hey Ladies! It was nice to come across this thread today-- I haven't been on here in over a year and a half. I'm just re-starting my weight loss journey today. I joined the local gym yesterday and did my first workout in awhile today.

I've been promising myself that I would get back on it next week.. which then became to following week, and the following week for some time now. This time, I'm trying to make life changes.. the way I eat, working out more, etc. I'm still working on an eating plan (calorie counting vs weight watchers vs whatever else I can come across), but the workouts are now going to be in full effect. I'm hoping I can stick with it this time!

energie I am getting a phoenix. I haven't narrowed the design but I want it.

Zeta congrats on restarting we've all been there.

I am doing better diet wise. Still working on exercise. My energy levels have been low since TOM is near. I wish it would come on so I can stop being sleepy. Ha ha.

Thank you so much. I want to do that style again so bad but it's either been scorching or raining in MS. Here's hoping for the summer.

I stick to low carbs and intermittent fasting. I am not on any particular plan. My plan is mixed with paleo and volumetrics. I am really not that much of a bread, pasta eater anyway. I can have it once a month and not again. I am a candy or chips person. I just cut those down and stick to things that are bigger bangs for my calorie buck, such as vegetables and fruit.

Calorie counting did help me to lose 40 pounds before. I just hate keeping up with it all.

Does anyone do Callanetics here?

meka- right now I count calories and I do about an hour of cardio daily. I plan to go vegan within the next few months.What are your plans?

I'm doing a modified version of WS (wonder slim). It's with shakes and meal replacements. You are supposed to have 7 of their items and a lean/green meal for dinner. I normally do breakfast 3 of their items and a lean/green meal. It's high protein to carb, but I'm not necessarily "low carb" however I'm a lot lower than I use to be. I try to workout 3 to 4 times a week, that is all I can seem to manage between work and school.

Energie it is a mix of ballet and stretching that uses low impact movements to make your body firmer but flexible. I personally like 10 in 10 but people have had success with all of the videos. It really does work in a short time. Google it and you can see some of the videos and reviews.
