here again today; but our first snow used to fall around mid-October but always melts too. The last two years, the snow didn't stay until the first week of November, but it has been much colder this year, so we may see some sooner. That's a great idea to just plan your dinners on your erasable board. I have a weekly menu for the same and it's on the side of my fridge (the side nearest to my stove); just a glance and I know what we are having. The night before or the AM, I go out to the freezer and grab whatever meat we need out. ERILUO ~ sounds like a good plan to me ...

I'm hoping the reason I haven't lost more on the scale is because of increased muscle mass too. I now have definable muscles in my arms and legs which I've never had before.
