Today started off great I weighed in at 169.0 a pound down from yesterday. I was shocked but very happy. Then today ended up being one of my usual off plan weekend days.

I actually gained 4lbs in October due to my constant slacking off. But seeing that 170 has kicked my behind into gear. I will get above 165 this month ... hoping to see something close to 162 at least

Hi oddreee nice to meet you. Here's my update. I weighed in on Tuesday and today at 168.4 not great but not bad either since I am still trying to avoid that dreaded 170. I haven't been to Curves in a while. I haven't really had time. Eventhough I'm not losing any weight I am still losing inches some how. I went shopping and tried on a junior 13/14 jeans and they fit. I was in a 15/16. I can fit some 12's for women but some are cut weird so they are very tight. I am truly hoping to get close to the low 160's before the first of December ... hoping. We'll see I guess. Again nice meeting you
OK Jennifer, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things gradually. I weighed in at 173.0 today but my weight has been jumping around like crazy. I was at 168.8 earlier this week and last week I actually saw 178.2. I don't know what the variations in weight are caused by since nothing I am doing is consistent at the moment. My water intake is bad and I rarely eat what I consider as a descent meal here lately. I have been having some stomach issues this week and the only day I ate normal was yesterday and I still couldn't keep that down.
Today so far I have had:

10 saltine crackers
2 cups ginger ale
I'm back! Haha Hi! I just wanted to post something real quick so you can see my updated ticker! I haven't been on here in a long while but I am still bringing down my weight slowly but surely! I stay right around 1200 calories (most days) I allow myself a little cheat day usually a Sunday where one meal I will eat what I've craved most during the week (hot wings or bread or just a bake potato with the works etc) no guilt because I jump right back the next day! I may only post my total calories as I use fitday on my phone to journal my meals but I will check in often and keep up with you too! Have a good night!
Well I was just calculating what I have gained since signing back on to 3FC ... it's 6.8lbs since 3/11. Yikes!! TTOM started too so I know some of it is that. I have decided to make today my official start day to eat right and log what I eat. I am also going to attempt to get 64ozs of water in. My weight this morning was 179.8 when I came from work and 178.0 when I came from Curves and on 3/11 I was 173. I want to be 170 by the end of the month and stay there so I can get into the 160's in April. My original goal was to be 150 by my birthday but that is obviously not gonna happen.
Well the 13th didn't stick as a new start date so I'm starting again. Weighed in this morning at 179.2 couldn't get a pair of jeans pass my thighs so this is a start date for sure. Gave the kids all of my cookie stash and trying my best to do right today.

I had a health assessment on 3/28 found out that I am diabetic. I started the South Beach diet yesterday since it is recommended to help control blood sugar. Hoping to do well with this since March was a mess.
