hey gals!
im chilling over here. havent been pigging out but havent been 100% either. got back from my work trip and spent christmas eve thru monday with my mom. went back to work today and then have a half day tomorrow and i'm off to atl for new years eve!
my pt is on vacation till the 4th so i will start back with her then and i cant wait to see the results of consistent personal training and my running plan! i think i am going to do the 6 week 5K running plan rather than c25K it seems to move a little faster.
i started with these vitamin b injections today. they are sposed to give me more energy along with the medication the doctor put me on. so far i have plenty energy and feel great! i hope this is the answer for me and i can keep it up and keep it off.
sooo i think we should do some type of New Years challenge hmmm! i thought of one how about a quarterly challenge! so i will make a new thread and we log in everyday starting the first. plan out your meals for the day and your planned exercise, water intake.
then the next day you reflect on the day before what went well, what didnt and most importantly why, emotions etc. and write the plan for the next day and so on.
i think this will help us all be accountable for ourselves and to each other without putting a bunch of work on anyone. we can weigh in at the beginning of the challenge and at the end of every month. i will collect weights and WOC can join at anytime. so its more a supportive, forum rather than a competition.
what do you ladies think?
