I've got the cookbook How It All Vegan and in the kid section there are recipes for ants on a log, ants on a raft (on crackers), and drowning ants (throw them in soygurt!). The kids think it's hilarious.
We're heading out for the day and I'm packing a lunch instead of buying one. Both my bank account and my thighs are saying thank you.
We got out sledding yesterday and then we walked around the mall for a bit running errands. I'm going to count it as 15 minutes of walking since I was too chicken to go up and down the hill with this belly.
I need to drink more water during the days. Today I will drink three of the kids' little water bottles worth of water while we're out.
I don't like black raisins. Golden is good. And yes they have to be in a dessert only dish...I can't just eat them. Celery is not one of my fav food. Now PB that's a different story

I am sooooo hungry right now. I didn't bring snacks cuz I haven't been hungry for past few weeks. And today I have no clue why I am hungry. Dammit. I am drinking water and it is not helping

smoking's bad. it's a crutch. I am not sure I'll ever get to a point where I don't instantly want to smoke in response to stress. I'll put them down again, I have confidence in my ability to do that. Just not right now.
