I only had one, coworker offered. She'd already offered no bake cookies (butter in them) and chocolate (no clue if milk in it or not). So thanks to be being vegan I avoided quite a bit more then the what I had. Yeah, you read that right, I'd have torn into a no-bake with out a care in the world. Go vegan power .

I had to google Pixie Sticks . It's been a while since I had something like that.

Jo, what is he eating? Is it mostly portion control or a complete change? Man! we all know how hard it is. And we all struggle with it. It's just day 1 for him. He needs to give it some time.

Edit: on second thoughts, next time the phone rings pretend as if he dialed the wrong number. Do it couple times and he might stop calling

Well, I could just lay down and cry for him.

I put on my Anna hat and planned my runs, in details, for the next 7 weeks. I'll be ahead of schedule by 16.6 miles when I head to Italy, so that's good.

Anjuli, I tell you what, I still can't explain all my behaviors nor do I understand why I want to do what I want to do, but don't let that stop you from plowing ahead. Whether you understand yourself or not, do what you KNOW you need to do. You can figure it out while sweating!

Anjuli, if you are not journaling, you might try for a couple of days and see what comes out.

Ugh, I'm having an "I want second dinner" day. Sigh.

when do you eat? being in fla, you eatin' with the oldies?

I, on the other hand, have eaten precious little today. Instead, I have drunk most of my calories with Silk Chocolate Soy Milk. Yum. Also, too busy cleaning this afternoon to mess with cutting up salad food. How pathetic is that? I am at 917 cal for the day. And not really hungry. I may just take it as a bank day as I know I have a high-cal event on Friday.

I don't usually eat this early, I like to draw it out so I have something for later, but today I barely made it past 5 pm before I had to gobble dinner. It is just one of "those" days. I may need to go to bed in the next 20 minutes. *sigh*

Totally snorted a few as a kid... random.fact.about.me

Its 8:38 and I don't think I'm getting on the treadmill. I don't even have a desire to get up and eat my daily scheduled cookie. Tomorrow morning its a have to thing. I can't have another miserable day like today.

Now I just have to make sure Daniel doesn't cut the AC on tonight.

dood don't start slacking yet! I hope you're up this morning working out!

I had a great weigh in for the week I still don't know what I'm going to do about the hunger thing. I'm going to keep this week the same and reevaluate, it's been a while since I stuck OP for a whole week and worked out like I should be. Todays yoga day and walk the dogs day. It's also Heather is sitting on her *** and watching tv night.

Menu:
brekkie - ezekiel and pb
snack - apple
lunch - kashi black bean mango and roasted butternut squash
dinner - ww pasta with tomato sauce

Morning gang.

Dh is sticking to his plan and it is great to see. I'm inspired watching him struggle but stay the course. He seems to really want it this time, so I'm trying to be as helpful as possible. I'd love for him to lose what he wants to lose, he'll be so excited!

Chelle -- get your butt on the treadmill. At this stage of the game it doesn't matter what you "want" to do it, you just have to do it because you've committed to it and no excuses allowed! It takes a while to makes these habits stick, you have to force them in the beginning!

Heather -- I'd do what you are going to do, go another week and see if the hunger resolves and see what your loss is, too, and if you can maybe up the cals just a bit.

Day 7 - woo! A whole week of 2009 in the bag!
358 days left to be successful!

Today's plan:
Exercise: Biking

Food:
Bagel, jam, coffee with stevia
Blueberries and strawberries
Black bean tostadas with shredded squash, peppers, l t o; veggies on side
Pad Thai with tofu and veggies
Banana (frozen) with peanut butter

Yep I'm going to see what next week's loss is. If it's another large number (doubtful) I'll up them. I know big losses can't be sustained.

Paid Thai - I think I know the answer but do you make it yourself? If not what brand? TJs is so so.

Scratch my butternut squash some idiot forgot it was in the oven. Subbing pita crackers and the rest of my redonkulously expensive sheese because I don't have any more time - bye!

The brand I eat is Ethnic Gourmet's Pad Thai with Tofu. It is all natural with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives...

Good morning, Senoritas.

Heather - woohoo on a great loss!
Jo - So glad Hubby is sticking to his plan. Paul is sticking with it this time, too. It is so much easier to do this when he is, too.
Chellez - Did you get on the treadmill this morning?

My butt is dragging the ground again today. I'm still working long hours to keep up with everything. By the time I finished work last night, it was 9:30. Of course, I don't want to go directly to bed without unwinding. I've been assured that this hectic schedule will be winding down in the next 2-3 weeks. I sure do hope so. I'm exhausted!

I'm on the phone with the auditor again today, but I will be drinking some water. Maybe 3 cups. It's a start.
