I haven't been ignoring you all; I'm still sick. And I'm sick and tired of being sick, too. It's getting very boring, blowing my nose endlessly.
It was a beautiful day here yesterday, so I slept late and sat around blowing my nose while DH and DD took a canoe ride around the much diminished lake -- instead of a lake in front of our house, it is more like a wide stream. I managed to drag myself out of the house late in the afternoon to take the dog for a walk. I got snow in my shoes

Strange, but true, there are still snowdrifts in places in spite of the 60 deg temps and the fact that snow has been gone from everywhere else for weeks. Maybe it's plastic snow.
So I thought maybe today we'd get outside and clean up the yard and drag the bicycles out of hiding. Of course it poured all night and is very wet now. So maybe I'll just blow my nose all day again.
I'm so interesting you can hardly stand it, right?
I hope they didn't make you pay, Peaches. Don't you have a Press Pass? If not, make one. Community activities are supposed to appreciate publicity.
Those aren't my pictures, Peachie. But you knew that.
