OMG Girly, that's awesome news!!!! I'm sooooo happy for you Its a great feeling to loose that weight isn't it I try to think of a pound of butter in the grocery store and how much that looks like all added up. I'm here to stick it out with you, this is great, I'm so proud of you!

Lunch, oh boy, guess I better get something into me, I am so sick but maybe a good bowl of veggie soup might help LOL

I'm making a homemade veggie chicken soup right now, I know I'm late getting it into me, but I was late with breaky today.

Ohhh and btw, here is my soup recipe:

1/4 cup chopped zucchini
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped mushooms
4oz diced skinless, boneless, chicken breast
1/2 large can of stewed tomato's
1/4 tsp of Flavo-Magic
1/2 cup of water

This is really a veggie filler for me, but if you want you can spinkle some cheese on it *yum*

i actually hadnt finished my starches for the day (I wasnt that hungry at lunch for 2 sandwiches) so i had a 1/2 cup pasta, 2 tbspn salsa with grilled onions, mushrooms and grilled lean beef. For a snack i will have a 1/2 oz old cheese. mmmmmm yummy!

and I need more water today too!

good going today girlie!

Yummm the pasta salsa sounds good I've never had that before so I'll have to try it! Get your water in, I use that crystal lite stuff but I triple the amount of water for the one skiny little pouch LOL I've been really thirsty today, I think it's because of this cold but at least I feel a tad better anyways. Maybe tomorrow I'll be better still

I'm having fish for supper with rice and pineapple, so I'll need to take in some dairy today, maybe I'll have one of those low fat jello puddings for dessert tonight

ah, I know I can not handle puddings..I want them ALL for me NOW! hahaha. I just had a bit of "old" cheese..yummy! that helps with the flavour crave..something strong. 1 of my counsellors @ Hm also gave me some choco chews to try so if it feels like I am hungry to try one..she said they really worked well! May try one of those later.

Are you weighing in tomorrow morning again? I will and I can hardly wait till next week when we only have to go on Mon, Wed, and Friday. The weather here is nasty outside, freezing rain and more snow *ugh*

Oh that pasta thing was my dinner *grin8 i think our time must be quite different. I am in Atlantic Canada where right now it is 8;29pm.

Yes we have the same weather as you do..I am sooooo looking forwards to a nice Fall. Hahah warm days cool nights..that would work for me!
for brekkie I will prolly have 2 soft boiled eggs....i figured out if I boil them for 7 minutes and then cool them down fast, they are still a semi soft yellow but not a runny white.

I love eggs for breaky

I think tomorrow I'll make some cinnamon spread so I can have that on some toast.

Do you have the cookbooks from HM? I bought both when I started and they have an "Eggs in a Mug" recipe... I love those

I weighed in again this morning and I'm happy to say that I've lost another 1/4 of a pound. This is good because I've been sick and taking some meds which apparently retain some water. Hopefully next week I'll be down more than expected when I'm better

So how did you make out today?

Good evening! Yep I have both of them!! they are pretty good.
I cheated today...as in...I did nto go for my weight in. Food wise is fine, I was just too busy at lunch and tonight I just wanted to get home...So I will go tomorrow and get a weigh in

Supper..what should I have tonight..hmmmmmmmmm

Ummmmm I had a 2 egg omlet with sliced mushrooms, diced red pepper, some spinach, shrimp, and cheese, along with a side of fresh green beans.

It was yummy and I'm full.

oh my where is everyone??? I was on here this past summer and there was lots. I go off for a bit and barely anyone talks on here.

I'm on medical leave with HM till about 2 weeks after I get my galbladder removed on January 29.I cant wait till I can get back on the program full force.

I have both of the cookbooks and really like quite a few recipes. I really like the breakfast in a mug.
