I am back from my WI and was DOWN 1 lb . I am really happy with that because I wasn't really tracking my food over the past week and a half. P/T wasn't as painful as it was on Wednesday--either because I am loosening up or because I took 3 Advil before going . Either way, I am really happy how my morning turned out. I got a really good massage too so it made up for a lot of the pain I endured

Karen, that Ginger is too cute. I hope she gives you some time on it for yourself

Kempy, so you got some software going on huh? Hope you can get it to work for you. I love seeing pics of your girls.

Happy Saturday ladies. We've got rain here and I've got laundry to do...I guess the dryer it is. We went to a Health and Fitness expo last night. Rick and Michael's karate club had a booth there and the dojo was doing demonstrations and getting people to sign up. It was two hours long but at least I brought my chair. There was a pets and people section so I checked that out too. They have a bodymint for dogs so they don't smell, isn't that funny?

Anywho, any plans for the long weekend?

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I've got today to rest a bit, then it's back to school tomorrow. Only 3 weeks until Spring Break. I can't believe how fast this quarter is going.
I didn't do much over the weekend. I don't like trying to go anywhere during a 3-day weekend; too much traffic.

Weather is so far pretty nice. It's chilly in the morning, but warms up to the mid 70's during the day. I think today is the last day I have to go to physical therapy; I hope so. My dr did say that I will probably have to wear the brace for another month or so. I'm just glad that I won't be wearing it when we go on our cruise in June.

I do have a dentist appointment in about 45 minutes, so have a great day everyone.

Hello everyone, Well, I finally made the 5 miles today! I did the 3 mile Super Fat Burn and then right after I did the 2 mile High Calorie burn! Then I did the 150 crunches on the ab lounge. Now I want to continue that through this week--- maybe add another mile next week!

We've had a really pretty day here today but there is a snow storm coming in tonight! Can you belive it is in the 50's now--- and 20's tomorrow!! I know Spring is supposed to be jsut around the corner but I think they forgot to say WHICH corner!!!

Well, I'll check back later to see what's going on with everyone.

Hey guys. I didn't get a chance to post over the weekend. i guess we did more than I thought we did. We went shopping Saturday and then went to our friends house Sunday. Yesterday we met the young couple across the street from us so that was nice.

Karen the girls are Labs. Spoiled ones at that. It is so funny to me that as soon as Joe gets out of the bed to get dressed the hop up in it with me. It is like they can't wait for him to get up. We have a Tempuerpedice bed and I think they love that even more.

Cal how long have you had that cast one now? I am so jealous that you are going on a crusie. We keep talking about it but I think the pool with be first.

Noelle I would have been with the pets too. Our mall had a set up this weekend for camps that kids can go to over the summer. I guess that is a big thing over here. We never even thought about going to camp back in LA.

I am home today. I finished the mailers and I am going to go back Thursday to help one lady try to get her office straight. Not much else going on other than that.

Hello ladies, just checking in before heading to work. I've got a late start today but i have to go in and do some work. With therapy 3x a week I just don't feel like going in after being worked over so I don't go in much, only when I really have to.

Karen, thanks for the link to bearshare. I remember using them awhile back, but don't have it anymore on my computer. No time like no to start downloading some good music. You are so rocking that exercise! You go girl.

Cal, hope you're well rested. 3 weeks til spring break? So how many weeks of P/T did you endure? Aren't you glad it's over? The therapists at the center I go to are really good, they make it fun to be there--even though I'm doing things that hurt, they joke around and make you feel more at ease.

Well, I gotta get my butt out the door before I start having thoughts of jumping back into bed Chat later.

I don't know if I told you guys this before, but "Lost" will be filming at my sisters' work place tomorrow. The set builders are there now constructing what looks like a guard shack outside, and the building where she works is supposed to be an "airport". It's really the newspaper print/production facility. I think they will be using the lobby inside as well. I have P/T tomorrow, otherwise I would be sitting in that lobby as an aiport extra.

Oh yeah, I've seen Jorge Garcia (Hurley) walking around at Ala Moana shopping center on prior occasions. I wish I could bump into Matthew Fox or that other handsome blonde guy.... the one that got robbed....you know, the famous whatshisname? Josh Holloway...yeah, that's it.

I've never watched Lost; don't know anything about it.
Kempy: I had the cast on for about 8-9 weeks and now I have a brace that I'll be wearing for at least another week or so. I think I'll miss it when I don't have to wear it anymore.
Noelle: Yes, I'm soooo glad that PT is over. It really wasn't that bad, but I felt like I never had any time to get things done. I've been extra careful going up and down stairs.

Hi everyone,

My weekend was a fairly busy one. Went to See's Candy and moved a bedroom set on Sat.; had a cheer compitition on sunday. Luckily, it was in Fresno (about 30 min drive) so that was good. yesterday, Arbonne delivery and Michael's for some beads to make watches. Pretty boring, huh.

Dips, sorry about your valentine's day. I wanted a movie, and got the World Ag Expo instead. I hope your man is making it up to you big time.

Kemp, I think it's great that Your helping your friend out. I would love to do something like that right now. I want to do something part-time to make a little extra money. I seem to be taking care of everyone's checking account (not getting paid), and helping people with Estate sales. I lost 2 pounds that week, and didn't even try, I worked so hard. I really can't complain, because I got my grandmother's antique oak table & chairs, her vintage Fransican china, silverware, vintage cookie box, etc. I made out with everything I got out of it. Anyway, I hope you really enjoy your time out of the house, Kemp.

Karen, that Ginger is sooooooo cute. I lover poms. They are the most loving, affectionate dogs, with so much character. My baby spends most of her time laying around. When you walk in the room, she will roll over on her back so you can rub her belly. That's about the most exercise she gets. It's a wonder she's not huge, but she's still 6-7 pounds. You just gotta love em' You are my exercise hero. I'm trying to get my butt in gear and start getting into the exercise routine, but I hate it. I did belly dance for weight loss today, and needless to say, i don't know if I'll do it again. oh, I'm the exercise dvd/video queen. You know how it is, you buy them and think that by getting them you'll lose weight by osmosis.

Cal, I hope you got the rest you needed yesterday. My parents spent most of January in Arizona. They left AZ last week and now they're in Laughlin, NV. My aunt's spends the fall and the winter in Tonto Basin, because my cousin (her son) lives in your home town. I'm so jealous about your cruise. My husband and I have talked about it, but never got around to doing it. Well, someday.

Noelle, on the weight loss. I've got to start journaling along with the exercise. I just flat out need to get back on track and follow the program instead of making excuses. My husband is crazy about Lost. That's the only show he wants recorded if he misses it. I didn't watch it from the beginning, so I never got into Lost like him. Now, Grey's Anatomy is a different story. I love that show, and that's the one I record if I'm not home on Thurs. nights. Anyway, it's too bad you can't be an extra. That would have been so cool.

Have a good day. Sorry to be so wordy today.

Good morning guys. I am heasing to the mall to get some clothes for our trip. we are going to a convention in Nashville and some of Joe's customers are taking us out a few nights so I am getting some dressier clothes.

Karen I love Lost but sometimes I wish they would give you more. It seems like they only give you a smidgen of info. My hubby is about had it with it and I have to force him to watch it now. Maybe I can get him back into it.

cal I bet you will miss the brace. You have had it on for so long you have gotten used to the weight.

CW I don't know how much I will be out of the house with this. I am not working today but I am ok with that. I have things I am going to get done.

We have another pool guy coming today with a drawing. I am so looking forward to it. It is amazing the designs they come up with . I amsure we will start to make little changes on it though. I had sticker shock from the first guy.

Hello ladies, I'm just back from my PT session and Im walking a little straighter today. The massage that I thought was so awesome last time was so SORE! I guess the bruises I got from the last time were just poked and prodded some more... I'll stop whining though if it'll help me get my natural walk back w/out a limp. I'm such a crybaby though, I admit it.

Kempy, when is the convention? Did you find some fabulous clothes? You know, I've never really watched Lost other than the initial episode. My sister loves it though and won't miss any shows. I do like the look of Josh Holloway though, and blondes aren't usually my type

Hi cw, my girlfriend gave me some Arbonne body scrub and a nice body lotion. I love it! I think it's called Mandarin cashmere or something like that. The lotion is great and lasts a long time. Hey, Grey's Anatomy has some good looking guys too

Karen, if I do run into anyone from the cast here, I will tell you guys all about it

Gotta go grab some lunch, I'm starving.

Noelle the convention is in 2 weeks. I still ahve not gotten abck to my WW weight but oh well. I did find some good clothes. There were hugh sales going on. I still need to find a black jacket. I am looking for one that I can wear with jeans not only dress pants. I am thinking I might have to find that in Nashville. All of the jackets down here are gone. It is summer clothes now.

I could really use a massage right now. My lower back is on the fritz. Of course, I don't want to be in pain like Noelle.

Uh oh, we were almost onthe second page. Where is everyone today.

I went to the office to finish the mailer and I am getting started on one of the girls office tomorrow. She needs to be more organized and that it right up my alley. I am going to go in in the morning and start that. I think if she just had it set up in the correct way she would do fine. Other than that nothing else is going on. I am planning on doing our taxes tonight. I would like my refund before we go to Nashville.

Anything else exciting from you guys?
