Anne- How did your discussion with the doctor go?

Brandy- Great job on get a 3 mile run with a 1.5 mile in. We couldn't afford for me to do karate along with the kids. But a couple of weeks ago a lady I met at the gym was telling me about a place that offers free karate classes. I haven't seen her since then.

I got a 30 minute workout in this morning. My back was a little stiff from the weights I lifted yesterday. I ate good and got double the water in again. Well, Ds is needing extra attention again. He seems to be really grumpy tonight.

Default Back from the doctors!

The doctors appointment went well. He was actually happy that I had decided not to take the medication. I told him that I was doing WW and after explaining it to him was happy that it was the route I had chosen. He told me to keep to make a good effort and try WW for at least 6 months and see how it goes. If I change my mind, he will prescribe the drugs for me, but I really don't see that as an option for me.

We dropped the kids off at my mom's house and my poor 2 year old was crying and screaming "mommy, mommy" as I left. I swear it breaks my heart every time he does that. He is such a mommy's boy! LOL He would be so happy if he could be with me 24-7. I love it, but at the same time, it makes it hard to go anywhere without him! He was so upset when I got back that he cried the entire drive home (about 25 minutes). Poor little thing!

Well off to get the kids to bed! Have a good night all!

Ok I am here to report in....no sugar for four days and no coffee today!!! I have had the worst pain in my head today!! but I made it!

I have been wrighting down all the things I have been eating and doing great on eating good I hope I can keep it up....

It sounds like all of you are doing great!

anne ~that is great to hear your dr. appointment went well. It is good you 2 r on the same page.

la3y~no sugar for 4 days I am in aww I wish I could go 1 day. I am not a coffee drinker thought.


well the past coupple days I have no got my second cardio sesseion in, my right caif is killing me by evening for some reason. As soon as that stops back to 2 workouts.

Yesterdday I BARELY got 1200 cals in I don't know what happened I couldn't believe it. Lately I have been having a hard time keepong it under 1600.

Morning gals. It was a sleep in day for me and I sure took advantage. I went to bed with a terrible level of headache as soon as I got home from work and didnt get up until 10 minutes ago when I thought my bladder was going to explode.

I'm not sure what I'll be doing for a workout today. Something inside as its cold out. Maybe I'll actually go to the gym. Its been awhile since I went there. I'll have to see what their class schedule is.

cmom-hunger is a weird thing. I'm having the hardest time getting plenty of calories cuz I'm just not hungry. I know its anxiety, but still I worry about developing the habit of eating even when my body doesnt seem to want it. Its fine for now, but when I settle down that's an awful habit to break.

La3y-Great job on the sugar. I know I'm addicted to my coffee, but they're going to have to pry it away from my cold dead hands to get it away from me.

Anne-glad you're dr.'s appt. went well. It'll be fun to wow him with how much weight you've lost by the time your 6 months are up.

hsmom-wow, free lessons. That would be incredible. Hope you find out more about them.

Wendy-Get some sleep!!!

Brandy- I'm glad your headache has gone away. It always feels good to get some extra sleep. What's your favorite gym class? I've tried rpm and bodypump. I would have to say I enjoyed rpm better.

cmom- I hope your leg is able to mend quickly. I hope your able to get in enough calories today. I don't normally think about the calories but I did for some reason yesterday.

la3y- Good job on cutting sugar out for four days. Your stronger than me. I seem to crave sugar.

Anne- My ds does that too. I lovingly call him my cling on. He doesn't like me to leave his sight must less go some where with out him. I'm glad your doctor saw it the same way.

Wendy- How did your tea at the neighbors go? I hope you got a good nights sleep last night.

I got a thirty minute workout this morning even thought I didn't feel like it. I forgot to mention yesterday how much my dh encouraged me. He told me for the last two nights he dreamed that we were on the the boat and I was wearing a bikini. I laughed but it felt so good to hear his confidence in me voiced. I got to thinking this morning and noticed two different goals have been met. Six months ago, I wouldn't of dreamed of drinking water. All I would drink was coffee, tea, and coke. Well, so far this month I've made the recommend 64 ozs of water and even double it many of those days. The exception is two days (59.8 & 50.7). There's also the fact that I've lost 5% of my weight its a start.

I think I have figured out why I am not as hungry , now that I am drinking more my appetite has deminished.(i was looking at my points) I do not want to drimk less but man it may tale a while for me to get my appetite back. although today I almost made it to 1400.

cmom- I know that drinking so much water has curbed my appetite also.

I made it the gym today and got another 45 minutes on top of the 30 from this morning. I may of tried for 15 more but I had to get the kids to karate. Dd has her second karate tournament this Saturday. Ds will be getting his second belt on Feb 9th.

The report for the day...My sugar was not so great today. I was on the road and I did not eat that good eather. I will do better tomorrow. I know what you mean about the coffee.....I went 2 days without but I had some tonight...Oh and it was so good......I feel better when I am with out the sugar. It makes a big difference...I feel like I have lost some even if I have not....



Courtnie- the puppy is so cute!!! she looks great in her p.j's...

Grumpy day today so I thought I'd stay off line. food wise was fine but no exercise unless you consider cleaning the toy room for 2 hours a workout.Just when you think you have every thing in working order the dog pee's on the floor(3 times) and the kid dumps pudding on the hall carpet.Oh ya I'm a happy girl.I hope tomorrow is a better day.I'll blow up if I have another day like this!

Morning everybody. Yesterday was rough. My headache which has now been with me well over a month has been a bit worse and I just was a crabby person. I have to play a funeral today and that will be hard as well. Sometimes life just gets way to overwhelming.

I didn't even get a workout in yesterday. AND, I haven't done anything yet today. I think I'm in a major funk. I don't know.

Courtnie-Thanks. I love the tin foil halo. To cute!

Wendy-I hope today goes better for you.

hsmom-good job on the exercise.

Hi all. I just wasn't in a mood to post yesterday. Nothing really wrong, just not in a good mood for some reason. But today is better.
Tried to do my exercise video yesterday, but doing it when the kids are awake seems to be getting harder and harder. My older one, tried to run around me, and when I am trying to do kicks or knee lifts...I'm too afraid of hitting him...lol

Tomorrow is weigh in. I know I will have lost this week. I got on the scale and its down almost 3...so hoping that will be around the same tomorrow. My scale, even though its new, is about 3-4 lbs higher than the one at Weight Watchers. And if mine is down, theirs should be too!

Nothing really planned for today. Its way too cold to take the kids outside, so looks like yet another day stuck indoors!

canadianmom - I really hope you feel better soon!

Wendy - Hopefully you have a much better day today!

la3y_un1c0rn_37 - congrats on working on cutting out your sugar. It will get easier! (or at least thats what I keep telling myself!!!)

hsmomx2 - great job on getting in your exercise. Good luck to your kids with the karate this weekend!!!

Courtnie - wow, those are some adorable pictures. My son LOVED looking at them!!!

Brandy - Good for you getting to sleep in! I can't remember the last time I got to sleep in....the kids seem to be early risers...they are up every day no later than 7am!
