Morning ladies, another cold walk today. Its actually the coldest its been this winter, but we are being spoiled cuz its still a lot warmer than usual. My plan for today is to maybe do a short turbo workout to supplement my 4 miles, then I'm going to head to a bookstore and find something that'll keep me occuppied between all the tests tomorrow. I have choir tonight, but basically can relax the majority of the day.

Weigh in was today. Only lost 0.8 pounds but I'm not surprised because I was only OP for 2 out of 7 days. that blows!! but today is a new week and a new chance for me to succeed. good luck to me!!

Default Good/Rough Day!

Good Afternoon Ladies,

I woke up today feeling really bloated this morning. TOM showed up a couple days ago and this morning just woke up feeling awful. I normally have a pretty easy going TOM, but the stomach cramps today suck!! But its getting better as the day goes on.

BUT, on the bright side, I tried doing the WATP 2 mile walk. Up until now, I only got the 1-mile one done. Now, I couldnt finish it, (I have a hip injury that never healed properly, and it was aching!) but I got to 1.5 miles!!!!!
Thats a HUGE accomplishment for me!! I am so excited to get that far!! Eventually I will get to finish the 2-mile.

Thursday is supposed to be my WW weigh in. But I might wait until Saturday morning. Its easier for hubby to look after the kids in the morning when they are happier than at night. Plus with TOM showing up this week....I'm hoping the bloating will go away by then...and maybe I will see something on the scale...lol.

Rosario - Congrats on the loss. It may not seem like much now, but those little bits all add up! Just think thats weight that is gone forever!!!!

Courtnie - I hope you feel better soon. I hate being sick!

Wendy - Enjoy the time away tonight! You deserve time to yourself....I know what its like to not get that!! I take every chance I get to go to the store or get out by myself!

Brandy - I know what you mean about the cold temperatures! Last night here it was -25 overnight....and this morning when I let the dogs out....it wasn't much warmer...hopefully we will get our warmer weather back...I was really enjoying that! I will be praying for your tests to come out with a good result. Hopefully you will get the answers you need!

Anne

Anne~ good work with the exercising. I need to find something else to do I am getting bored with the gazelle everyday.

Brandy~ I can sympathize with you it was -36 here today (with windchill) last night was supposed to be -33.

Ro~ WHOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I am glad to hear you are finally getting success. Keep up the good work. I agree with Wendy 2.6 is better than 0.

Not much to report here except I broke my half hour jag I made it 45 mins. I REALLY cannot take time off exersicing again I hate trying to build up time again.

canadian mom - that's great!!! Id kill to be able to do a 45 min jog. WTG!!!

anne- oh it's gonna get sooo much easier. I started off with WATP too, once upon a time. Then I moved up to running the track at school (alternating walking/jogging laps...but running nonetheless). Good job!!!

wendy - thanks!!! I did search of the first BTB game that we did. Wow, we've stuck in there, huh (along with Brandy and Lydia - who's MIA right now )?

Default Good Morning Everyone!

Hi all, Hope everyone is having a good morning. I looks like we may get to see some sunshine today! Of course, we are in for another snow storm tomorrow...but thats ok, at least we get the sun for today!

So its been one full week since I joined Weight Watchers. I've been staying on plan all week, with the occasional treat here and there, but for the most part, I've done well by eating healthy. I've even started to get in my full amount of water in! Thats been a tough one for me, but its getting better.
I was a little bummed out earlier cause I was afraid to do the weigh in this week because of TOM.....well got on the scale this morning (official weigh in at WW will be Saturday morning), and I was down at least 2.5lbs!!! Thats just since the weekend. I can't remember how close my scale at home was to the WW weigh in last Thursday night. But, if my scale is right, then thats 3.8lbs since last week!!! But I will wait and see for sure on Saturday morning.
That sure has me motivated to work on getting through the 2-mile WATP today....I'll try...lol. Got to 1.5 miles of it yesterday then I had to stop, but I am excited to see something!!!!

Anyways, I've rambled on...have a great morning everyone!!!
(I won't change the ticker until my official weigh in on Saturday!)
