    Well I got myself all worked up for nothing.

    Went to the weigh in and..........................down 4.8 since last Thursday!!!!

    I can't believe it!!! After having TOM show up, I honestly felt like I had not lost at all.

    So just going to keep doing what i'm doing since its working!!

    Thanks for all the encouragement ladies, you are awesome!!

    Not up to much here today, it snowed so RJ and I can't go skating today, thats ok though I have no energy for that!

    I am down 2.4 for this week (most I have lost in one week in a LONG time). .8 less then before christmas! yay!

    To celebrate I had a nice breakfast of scrambled egg whites (with a bit of cheese) and mini bagels and burchetta. And now I am going to get on my exercise bike - probably for 30min I don't wanna to long, but I wanna do a bit

  • Hi gals, I'm having a lazy Sunday afternoon. I did some painting just for fun after church and now I'm not sure what I'll do.

    Courtnie-Congrats on the loss! All that biking is paying off.

    Anne-Great job on the weight loss for the week! I'm so happy you were incorrect about not losing any!!!!

    Oh I just had lunch which consisted of a veggie platter with FF ranch dressing and it was SO good!
    Having dinner at my folks tonight, chicken wings!!!!
    Actually I'm making the wings just so they aren't saturated in grease, I'm just going to throw them in the oven here. I'm serving them naked so if she wants any sauces she's on her own! LOL! I'll whip up a honey mustard or honey garlic for her, no wories!

  • Good morning ladies. I'm off to a slow start. I did not want to get out of bed for my walk this morning. Its a good thing my neighbor was to meet me otherwise I'd still be sleeping. Anyways, I did go and it was very pretty out with a layer of snow and not really all that cold. We got in our usual 4 miles, and I will probably throw in a harder cardio workout later as those workouts have been helping me control my stress.

    I dont have much on the calendar today. I only have 2 lessons to teach today. I think I'll go to the music store and get one of those students a new book. I had a brainstorming session on what I'd like her to work on next and I think I came up with a song that she'll enjoy, yet be able to develope from.

    Good Morning ladies!

    I hope you all had a good weekend. It was pretty boring around here. Saturday was grocery shopping and Sunday was church and then home again. So not much excitement here.

    Has anyone noticed they are sleeping better? Its something I've noticed has really changed. The boys are finally sleeping through the night, and I am usually up anywhere between 2-4 times. But the last week I haven't been waking up usually until 5:30 or 6 when my hubby gets up...usually around then my little one starts fussing. But its just so nice to get a decent nights sleep

    No real plans for today. Must get laundry done. Its a never ending battle in my house....my little guy spits up alot so there is ALWAYS laundry to be done. Got my WATP DVD done yesterday, and today going to aim for 1.5 miles....hopefully!

  • I did relly well with exercising yesterday, i even got on my gazelle a second time last night(just 30 mins) while I watched house of Carters.so I got in 1 1/2 hours yesterday. So far today I have done 1 hour and I think I am gonna try to do anothe 30 mins tonight while I watch TV.(If I can find a show that is interesting enought o watch). Well about 20 mins of my exercising are sit uos ,squats etc....

    My house got cleaned from top to bottom yeasterday, like any other Sunday so i just have laundry and dishes today.

  • I hate the scale. 2 days ago I was 141.5 but TODAY, official weigh in day, I'm 143!!!! What sucks more is I haven't been eating enough and my body is rebelling. I'm just not hungry and I start eating, but it doesn't taste good so I leave it.

    Looks like no work for me again today - wow - day 6. I would of done more time on my bike this morning if I had of known - but I guess an hour is plenty good.

  • Anne - Wow 4.8 pounds! That's great and got to be very encouraging. I enjoy when we have a boring weekend. This weekend was a busy one for us. I'm glad you got a good night sleep.

    Brandy - Great job on starting the week off with your 4 mile walk. All of ya'll amaze me with your consistent excersicing.

    Courtnie- Congrats on the 2.4 pound loss.

    I had planned on going to the gym today since we're all well. I ended up hurting my knee this weekend and am just now getting around to putting some pressure on it. I did get up this morning and do 30 mins or floor excersice, arms, and stretches. It's a start at least for this week. Dh will be starting a new job tomorrow. Today he's doing all the paperwork. We're hoping we made the right choice. The other employment was willing to make him happy to stay but it may not be opened much longer from the sounds of it.

    Just thought I'd check in quick here I have a busy afternoon planned.
    I weighed in at 138 today!! EEKS!I'm blaming the arthritis medication, it makes me retain water, my hands are so swoolen that I can't take my ring off!
    Anyway, I'll check back when I get home!!!
