  • Monday: 30 minute walk...slow, but I did it! (with a sore knee!)
  • Walked 30 minutes at the park walking trail.
  • 1 hour water aerobics
  • 20 minutes of spin, 25 minutes of strength training.
  • Wednesday: 45 minute walk
  • Did my short walk today..about an hour...to the boat launch and back.
  • Thursday: 45 minute walk
  • Walked 3/4 of the way to the lighthouse and back (it started to rain) About an hour and a half walk.
  • Saturday - took the short walk to the boat launch and back. 1 1/2 hours walking (had to stop and talk to a few people curious about Junior )
