Walked three miles Saturday, three miles Sunday, took Monday off and walked 1.5 miles today.

Walked another 1.5 miles this morning. Starting next Tuesday am going to add some mild weights. Start out slow. I'm going to try dumbells first - three times a week. Will keep everyone informed. Linda
