Man, do I have a headache. I wonder if it's sinus or if it's because I'm trying to get back OP? Are you guys still posting menus? Here's mine for the day..
BF- had an early meeting this morning so ate an Atkins, no sugar alcohols protein bar(270 cals)
Snack- Granny apple(probably 80 cals)
Lunch- lean cuisine whole grain rice and chicken(260 cals)- this may not be 100% SB legal, but it's a huge improvement from what I've been eating
Snack- 1 tsp Smucker's PB(??probably 90 cals)
So that's around 700 cals so far. And I'm hungry. Not cool. Don't get off until 6:30, won't be home until 7(the only thing I hate about this job). I'm trying to hold off for another hour and I'll either eat an orange or another spoon of PB. Supper will be chicken breast in mushroom soup, turnip greens, and maybe some brocolli or something quick to make. It's been so long since I've done more than 2 days in a row on SB I can't remember how long it will take before my hunger subsides(blood sugar levels getting stabalized). I hope soon!! Alright, it's getting busy again...

Good morning! In less than 48 hours it will all be over, and I can relax. That is what I keep telling myself! I need to finish my espresso and breakfast, which I am eating now, and go to Super Wally World for stuff. Then it will be a run up to the church, a run to the Middle Eastern baking company, home to finish setting up gallery entries, then back to the church to set up for tomorrow. It will be a long day! I may get a minute to check in sometime in there, but if not, everyone have a great weekend, and stay OP! I will! That BBQ made my glucose spike so bad...I don't want that again! I will probably be walking a lot tomorrow, which will help, so I hope I can give a great report tomorrow evening.
Hi everybody...I'm busy cleaning, cleaning, cleaning and mowing, mowing, mowing. It is so overgrown. I just did it Saturday, but it grows so dern fast this time of year, it's nearly impossible to keep up with. With rain here and there, you have to wait till jsut the right time when the grass is dry, etc.... So, anyhow, the front is done and now I'm cleaning the inside again and then when the backyard dries out some, I'll go back to mowing.
Shelley's birthday party is tonight. I'm actually really excited. She's invited only four girls, but one can't make it, and they're staying over night and we're doing facials (Shelley wanted to make homemade ones out of honey and bananas and natural ingredients and all I could picture is sending a girl home with an allergic reaction to having bananas spread on her face...so we got the pre-made kind) and make-up and I'll do deluxe braids on them all, watch girly movies, eat pizza, cake and ice cream, soda and chips have a blast. I'm planing on getting a picture of the four of them with their mud masks and put them in frames for Shelley to give them for a thank-you present. Maybe a little over the top, but I think it will be a cute gesture and a keepsake.

DID I EVER SLEEP GOOD LAST NIGHT!!! Missed all my shows, and most of them were finales, but the sleep was worth it! I changed my sheets just before I climbed in, TIPPY snuggled in close and off to dreamland we went. Neither of us moved all night long!
I'm getting ready to watch "NANNY MCPHEE" which is supposed to be really funny..it's the only movie I have on hand right now, so I'll let y'all know how it is.
MONET...what are you getting from the MIDDLE EASTERN STORE? Mine has closed, and I'm forced to buy "shelf" tahini...can't find any really good here at all! Last time I was in Miami, Deb took me to a Lebanese grocery and I bought the BEST tahini that I've ever used. It was imported from the Middle East and now I can't find it...I'll be danged if I'm going to drive 3hrs to get it, but sometimes it's tempting!

Monet, I again tried to upload one of the pictures of the tiles I painted, but got the same message as normal: your upload is 104.5 kbs exceeds the 50kbs allowed for this board.
Therefore, I still have to rely on you to post them. What can I do at my end to be able to attach pictures? I have a brand new intel mac, and I don't understand what the problem is.
