I went and walked at Wally world with my neighbor. I already have more then 10k steps for the day, and it is only 4pm! Go me!

I bought the biggest loser dvd this weekend, Me and my daughter did it tonight. I don't think I'll walk again ever. HA!!! I like it though, the directions are so easy and he keeps you going. Tomorrow night is tone & sculpt. We'll see how that goes. Hugcrystal

Well, I went to the gym, but was too sick to workout. I walked around a little bit more than usual todya, so I'm going to try to be positive and just say that the housecleaning I did all afternoon counds for something.

I've been doing a pedemeter challenge with the Jorge Cruise ladies. 10,000 steps is 5 miles. It's amazing how many extra things you "add in" to make the numbers. I took the stairs several times yesterday (all three flights!) and ended the day with 11,555, even though I forgot to put my pedometer on until after 9am!

This is the best little $5 piece of exercise equipment!

Tuesday-- Walked 1 mile at Dr office.....

Tuesday, 60 minutes of cardio

Wed, 25 minutes on TM and 50 minutes of wt training.

Hugcrystal, Let me know about that tape the more you get into it. I'm curious.

Walked for 45 minutes...got in about 4500 steps, and an additional 2000 more since... My total since I was leaving to go walk at 5pm is 6,434. Makes me wish I had put the pedometer on this morning....
