Default This is what I've done so far!

Monday - Yoga
Tuesday - Ran 2.5 miles
Thursday - Ran 4 miles
Friday - Abs

Goal: Hope to run 4 miles or more on Saturday or Sunday.

Ran 5.5. Pace was great! Very pleased with running progress.

Gonna hit this everyday. Today;ran .5 miles & swam 30 minutes moderate pace. Walked the mall with husband.

Yoga for flexibility - forward poses. My hammies (hamstrings) are awake now!

Exercise in some form X 6 days this week! That is progress!
