Gained 1.5 lbs this week I really think it's to my weight training I've been doing. Haven't changed in size of clothes or feeling any tighter, infact, they are a little looser. Will have to check my measurements, I've noticed my legs are much firmer in my Quads from all those squats and lunges. Trying to watch portion size and eat 5-6 small meals a day. No eating after dinner unless it's a small portion of fruit.
I'm just starting on Sugar Busters and an exercise program, so I'm checking in with my starting weight from Mon. 6/18, which was 174. Looking forward to posting weekly with everyone.
