    Did 4.5 miles today in 55:42 with 17 jogs.
  • TUESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles, just walking
  • Monday & Tuesday
    Monday squats, lunges, leg extension,biceps, triceps,crunches No cardio Sick Baby

    Tuesday squats, lunges, biceps, triceps,calf raises, walked 2 miles @ work. Going to try to walk tonight at home too.
  • Mon,Tues,Wed
    Mon-walked/jogged 2 2/3 miles
    Tues-1/2 hr super slow weight training as seen in recent Woman's World article
    Wed-walked/jogged 2 miles
  • Monday
    Weights: leg extensions, leg curls, abductors, rows, chest press, abs, triceps, biceps

    No walking on Tues. since we went to the WWF SMACKDOWN - but we did walk about 1.5 miles to the O-Rena - does that count?
  • Wednesday
    Weights: Leg curls, Adductors (ouch!), Leg Press, Rows, Biceps, Dips, Abs

    No aerobics/walking as we had to leave for dinner.
  • FRIDAY
    4.5 mile walk/jog in 55:45
  • Finally Something to Post!
    I have exercise totals for the week!!

    Monday - Ran 2 miles

    Wednesday - Ran 1.5 miles

    Sunday - Ran 2.5 miles

    Total miles for week = 6 miles
