Talking exercise

I've started weight training back up a couple ofweeks ago. Doing okay alittle sore. Doing squats, lunges, free weights, and weight machines. Need to do more cardio, but it's just getting away from the kids. I bought a jogging stroller, but haven't had time to use it. It seems like at night we are soo busy doing normal stuff that I can't get out there with her. So for now I walk at work for 30 minutes and doing my weight training. Just waiting for the results and not looking at the scale right now.

Need some support I've not been 100% SB and need to focus more on that. I did it before I got pregnant with my daughter and lost 20lbs and was back at 145lbs. I need to lose 18 lbs to get back to that size. It's been 1 year since my daughter was born and having a hard time with this right now.

Wednesday evening: yoga class
Thursday: 45 minutes on the TM with 3 1-minute jogs
Friday am: 45+ minutes on the TM with 3 1-minute jogs
Saturday am: 47+ minutes on the TM with 4 1-minute jogs (plus warming up for about a minute on our old CardioFit machine.
Sunday am: 50 minutes on the TM with 3 1+ minute jogs with cardio Fit 1-minute warm-up.

Also doing 3 sets of 5 push ups during my stretching after the TM work.
