Where on the ingredient list is the corn syrup solids? If you want to be really strict, you might want to avoid any corn syrup. The 3g sugar content is legal however. Are you using the shakes a lot, or just now and then? Are you losing? I think if you are losing I would be obsess over the corn syrup solids. If you find you are not losing at all, then try not using them for a few weeks and see what happens.
