Question Help!

I've read the book for South Beach and....I don't know where to start. Help! I've cleared out the cabinets, and picked up some of the suggested foods. Why am I so lost?

Hi KimberLV! Did you mean the South Beach Diet or Sugarbusters?

The book is a bit confusing for Sugarbusters, but the plan rocks once you get it figured out. The beauty of it is that it is so flexible! And it works! There are a number of BIG losers who have lost over 100 pounds on Sugarbusters that post over on the weekly support board. Join us over there! The board is slower than usual, due to summer vacations and all, but you will find good support and answers to any questions you have there.

As for being lost, hey, just move forward one day, one step at a time. Eat legal stuff, and stay away from the stuff you aren't supposed to be eating. Then once you are used to that, start working on portions. Most of us on Sugarbusters stick to two or three servings of starch foods a day. That would include bread, pastas, brown rice, etc. The rest is really personal preference.
