Sunday: Abdominal tape
Monday: Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body on weights & circuit & 30 minutes treadmill.

Didn't beat the rain so didn't get to walk. Did 30 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

Monday - 1 mile elliptical and the strength training circuit, 1 mile TM
Wed - 1 mile elliptical, strength training circuit, ballroom dance class

got our 3 mile walk in late, but got it in. Almost got blown home.
30 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

Wednesday - Gym: 5 minutes eliptical, upper body on weights & circuit, 25 minutes treadmill.
I s/b doing ab tape again tonight, and gym tomorrow.
