There is a low carb forum on the board, at least I believe there is, but I really haven't ventured to looking.
The SBD and SB are very similar. It's been around for years - I live in Miami
I'm sure if you do a search you will find others following the SBD. Go to SEARCH and put in SOUTH BEACH DIET and SHOW RESULTS AS POSTS and they will come up, there's a lot of them. May not be a board for this WOE specifically, but you can start one!!!
You may want to contact moderator RUTHXXX, she seems to be following this WOE. There seems to be a daily thread as well, so do do the search.
