  • Monday Morning!

    Arose at 5:45 today and completed the 2 mile Lesliel Sansone Walkaerobics tape. Whew! Guess who's stinky????

  • Did the usual - 15 minutes on eliptical, 5 minute jog, 20 mins on weights.

    Did 4.5 miles in 50:26 today
  • MONDAY - Rode Bike for 10 miles, 30 minutes, took evening walk - short one because of lightening and storm that hit our area
  • TUESDAY - Went to gym - walked on treadmill for 12 minutes because bikes were full - 1/2 mile - and then I rode the bike for 15 minutes - 5 miles - had to stop because foot problems - went and worked out on weights for 25 minutes - then back on the bike for another 15 minutes - 4.8 miles - then finished -

    Did the 2-mile Leslie Sansone Walkaerobics tape. SWEATY!!! Even on my eyelids!
