  • MONDAY
    SOMEONE woke me up by tossing and turning REALLY early today, so I took full advantage of being up and was out the door by 5:30am!

    Did 4.5 miles i 46:10-not to bad when the sun ain't shining!!!!

    Great way to start the week

  • TUESDAY
    Only walked today. Did my 4.5 miles in 59 minutes.
  • Did .25 mi on my new elliptical - took about 15 minutes or so. I wasn't pushing hard, but darned if I wasn't sweaty, and I can feel it in my thighs!
  • 6/5- Walked 30 min. in the campground...

    6/6- 20 min. on treadmill
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles today
  • THURSDAY
    Walked my 4.5 miles today, nothing exciting, just happy to of gotten out there. Four days in a row so far this week
  • 6/6 walked in the campground 30 min..... great walk.....

    6/7 walked on treadmill 1 mile= 30 min...... can't believe it!
  • FRIDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 46:05
  • Did one mile on my treadmill this morning.... (Keep on truckin' Toni)
  • SUNDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 46:40

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK 27 miles
