Heh that's funny because looking at your ticker I think will I ever get down to even your starting weight of 196, let alone 177?
You are doing fantastic. When I was down 20 lbs I could not imagine 40, and now it's hard to imagine 50 or 60 or especially anything over 100! But I don't know, it just creeps up on you and then it feels natural and you're just looking forward to the next goal. I bet you never thought you'd get this far when you started. So good for you (good for us!!
