I eat three times a day and I also have a dessert I dont eat after 19.30
For breakfast I drink a breakfast from company Hero
For lunch I eat bread with cheese or chickenmeat or something else what is low fat
For dinner I try to eat a lot of vegetables with meat and potatoes or rice
As a dessert a try to eat cereals with milk
You can find a lot of low fat cousine on the Internet
I dont count calories I just try to eat normal sizes
it' s also important to fitness a lot, iyou have to exercise at least 5 hours a week
You dont have to exercise every day but you have to exercise 5 times a week
A human body can loose about 3 punds fat a week
I have already lost 20 pounds but it seems that I have reached a plateau
I have to lose 70 pounds more
