Everyone Weigh In 02/10/06

  • Once again it's time to share news of how the struggle went this week. All are invited to join this general weigh in thread. Simply jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around!

    Me: 200.5, down 1 pound from last week. It ended up being a decent week, though it didn't look like it might till the very end. I had one of my mystery over night two pound gains Sunday, which didn't go away until Thursday. But at least it *did* go away, and I'm pretty happy right now!
  • I was 123 today!!

  • 5lbs down on last month. (but hopefully built some muscle )
  • Back down to 198 (whew!) from 202 at last weigh-in, and high 204 for this week. Hoping I stay under 200 now!
  • Down 3 lbs. for the week. I actually am wearing a size 8 for the first time in 3 years!!!! (And they're comfortable!!!)
  • I am still struggling with the same pound i have been for two weeks. first i made it down to 181, then back up , then back down, now back up to 182.6. but it's okay. I've been working my muscles out alot lately, so i am probably just retaining fluids to help repair the muscles i am working. it will pass and i'll drop down to the 170's before i know it.

    so, in answer to the question, up one pound to 182

    Josie - Congratulations on making your goal!! You've done an amazing job. I'm inspired.

    Congrats to everyone else on their losses, too!

    As for me, I'm down 1.5 to 164.5 this morning, and super excited about it. The weight training seems to have the scale on the move again, and it's a relief to see it going.

    AND, I wore a pair of size 8 pants to work this week. THAT hasn't happened since like 8th grade.

  • New here, but I lost 2 pounds that I know of FOR SURE, but if the doc's scale was accurate last week, then I lost 5.
  • I weighed myself a few minutes ago but that was after eating and it said 238. Tomorrow I am going to weigh myself when I wake up and I will post it.
  • I am STILL at 172...no loss but NO GAIN either...so this is 7 weeks of the same weight......
  • 143 yesterday, down from 145.4 last week. so 2.4 pounds.. yay!!

    I'm back up to 145 again, hopefully this week will have a loss too.. even if its just 1 pound or a bit more.

    Thanks! On one hand I know that getting under 200 is just a number on the scale, and I have quite a way to go after I reach it. On the other, it will be *soooo* nice to finally see the scale number finally start with a "1" for a change. I know that I'll make it sooner or later, hopefully sooner.
  • I lost 3 lbs this week and made my Valentines Goal...plus 1
  • I'm going through a bit of a "mystery gain" myself, coupled with a week-long plateau. I think the culprit *could* be water weight, as I've noticed the sodium count in my food choices have been a bit high lately. Dunno though, I'm just going to push on and hope that maybe a big drop is on it's way.

    Anywhoo, my weigh in result is still 3 lbs above what I was last Sunday at this time.
