I cant stay off either. I posted a thread awhile ago about this and the majority of the people that responded didnt stay off either LOL. I'll continue to get on daily. It helps that when I see the numbers going down, It motivates me even more!!

I have the same problem. and when i see the number staying the same, i just try to remember it can take a little while to see them move. and when they do go down, it just motivates me to keep doing what i'm doing and know that i'm doing okay. like this morning, i was down 2 pounds after the scales barely budged for 2 weeks. now i feel great!!!

Just don't get discouraged if your numbers fluctuate...especially later in the day after you've eaten and drank a whole bunch!

Congrats on your weight loss!

Just a question...I know it feels great when the numbers are down, but what if they are up? I've heard it said that depending so much on the daily numbers is a catch twenty-two, because when they're good, you're elated, but when they're bad, it's the exact opposite.

Just curious!

In my case, getting on the scale 2-3 times a day for a few weeks taught me to NOT get too hung up on what it says. I learned a lot about what happens to my body during the day, if I know I ate too much salt, and the changes at my TOM.

Well done. Just don't get discouraged when you weight fluctuate from day to day.

My weight changes a lot on my period. I was 198 one day and by the end of my peroid I was down to 194 or 193. And guess around what time my period is coming on next. Valentines Day. Bummer. My period loves holidays!

P.S. O.k., o.k. I gotta ask. What the heck is TOM?
