Check out my fancy new weight tracker below... I went to the dietician again today for my monthly appointment. Even though I weigh myself at home, I use her scale as my official tally. So, as of today: 32 lbs down!!
This month's goals include writing down every single thing I eat... getting lots of exercise (and writing that down too)... and staying on track when I go home to my parents' house for a week's break from school. Oh, and having a great celebration for my birthday this weekend! Good luck in February everyone
