YES! All of our bodies will plateau at it's "happy weight". Talk to you center about this. Everyone has a weight that their bodies function best at. Some bodies function well at lower weights and other's don't.
While my goal weight is 143.5, because I'm a competitive athlete still, I have a feeling I'll be happier at 150. So I'll continue to work towards 143.5 but if my performance on the court and life in general suffer, I will work to maintain 150 rather than 143.5.
No machine, scale or test can tell us what our bodies' happy weight is. It's all about trial and error (unfortunately). So keep your chin up. Keep striving for that goal weight but don't be discouraged if your body if telling you "no, I want to be at this weight!".
