thats amazing, I also know someone who weighed 505 lbs- and now weighs 189- through a dr approved liquid diet for about 9 months and then healthy eating, and ha snot gained it back.

That's great! Good job to him, I was like WOW when I saw he dropped 150 pounds between two pictures. Good for him!
