I go for a walk that's 3.5 miles, takes about 65 mins. I probably average 4 days a week. (am working on making that better). I also have a decrepit old treadmill that I try to use the days I don't go outside. I've worked up to 30 mins, if I get off for a drink of water every 10 mins or so.
I log everything into fitday.com and try for an 8 or 900 calories deficit each day.
