Hi, I'm new. My first day on SBD was February 1. In some ways I've found it easy to do but then I have those few moments when I really want something like the bowl of cereal before bed, that I used to eat. I think I've lost 5 pounds already tho! I'm so excited. I really want to lose the weight this time. At my heaviest ever not counting right after one of my babies was born.
I've done WW in the past but really believe this is the best way of eating for me. I think now, no WONDER it took me 4 months just to lose 10 pounds, I was snacking on pretzels and raisons!!!
I'm in my late 30's. SAHM w/4 kids. 2 older boys, 2 younger girls. I look forward to hopefully recognizing some people on here by postings, etc. I'm excited about the recipes!
