I made DH some of the Mashed Cauliflower tonight. I didn't tell him it wasn't potatoes. I giggled when he said, "Can I have some these mashed potatoes." I just told him yes. So, he starts eating them and making comments. He said, "These don't really taste like mashed potatoes." To which I replied, "That's because it's cauliflower.' He spent the whole meal talking about how geat they were.
I don't really like cauliflower, so I've stayed away from this recipie. But I guess I really need to try it, because I will eventually miss mashed poatoes. Does it really look like the real thing? Obviously your husband wasn't suspicious of how they looked.
