Had to giggle
 

I made DH some of the Mashed Cauliflower tonight. I didn't tell him it wasn't potatoes. I giggled when he said, "Can I have some these mashed potatoes." I just told him yes. :devil: So, he starts eating them and making comments. He said, "These don't really taste like mashed potatoes." To which I replied, "That's because it's cauliflower.' :lol: He spent the whole meal talking about how geat they were. :D

I don't really like cauliflower, so I've stayed away from this recipie. But I guess I really need to try it, because I will eventually miss mashed poatoes. Does it really look like the real thing? Obviously your husband wasn't suspicious of how they looked.

It doesn't look exactly the same...it kind of looks like you added a little too much milk to the mashed potatoes..
They taste great IMHO....

I thought they were so yummy! My dh had seconds but I am not sure if he was just trying to be nice or what??? LOL But I really do love them.
