Here is my exercise for the month-hopefully.
Im going to try to do 30mins a day /5days a week in my bicycle-so 150week=600mins for the month.

April 2 - 30 min (Karen voight steamline) + WT
April 3 - 50 min (Cathe HC) + WT
April 4 - 48 min (Firm3 MS)

April 3rd-
April 4th-Curves 30 minutes
April 5th-Curves 30 minutes
April 6th-
April 7th-
April 8th-Curves 30 minutes
April 9th-dance 120 minutes
April 10th-
April 11th- Curves- 30 mins

Total- 260 minutes

Just select the section of someone else's post and do a control C to copy. Then start a reply (or edit your existing reply) and paste what you copied. You can then clear out any time that has been entered that you didn't want to copy or edit the goal if necessary.

APRIL EXERCISE GOALS:

Goal for remainder of month (4/12 - 4/30) 8 days @ 30 min/day = 240 min. I'm starting small, because I want to focus on the food mostly in Phase 1.
I usually ride my recumbant exercise bike.
