Is there a place to copy the exercise chart you use?
Just select the section of someone else's post and do a control C to copy. Then start a reply (or edit your existing reply) and paste what you copied. You can then clear out any time that has been entered that you didn't want to copy or edit the goal if necessary.
Goal for remainder of month (4/12 - 4/30) 8 days @ 30 min/day = 240 min. I'm starting small, because I want to focus on the food mostly in Phase 1.
I usually ride my recumbant exercise bike.
