I had my chai. And I'm working on my second veggie quiche cup. I'm not really liking them. Maybe I'll try to spice them up a little.
Does anyone know if you can buy a chicken salad from any of the fast food joints and have it be ok under SB rules?
What kind of weight loss can I expect after Phase 1?
