I didn't see a new thread for April exercise yet! My exercise will slow down a little this month just because I'll be gone for a just about a week. I still want to keep it going though......and I hope that all of you join! Come on Chicks!!!

I signed up for for the Prevention Marathon Training Program, Yeah! And actually started doing the walks.

Does cleaning the house count as exercise :lol: Because I sure need to do alot of that! Ok, with Kylee I don't get a whole lot of exercise...or sleep for that matter! SO my goal is going to be small. I'm going for 20-30 min 3 times a week.

I am a member of Curves since Aug. 3rd,2004.I am down 22.5 inches from my body,17,5 lbs, and 11.62 body fat lbs.That is 3% of my body fat gone.It is so easy you don't feel like you are working out.It is the inches that disappear here not the weight as you replace fat with muscle.
