Hmmm rules about where the scales are placed. I find I can also lose five pounds (or .357 of a stone as Chris helpfully pointed out) if I move my scales through 90 degrees.
The rules are - make your own rules. But stick to them. Just for two weeks. After that we can have a bit of a rest before trying another challenge. Just think how fabby it will be to be five pounds lighter, in such a short space of time!!!
